Stacy Thompson brings extensive experience in Texas silicosis litigation to the firm, having worked for both plaintiffs and defendants since 2002.  In addition to silica litigation, her civil litigation experience includes appellate work, products liability, insurance defense and personal injury.

Mrs. Thompson specializes in appellate practice and completed internships with The Honorable Marcia Crone, a federal magistrate judge as well as the First and Fourteenth Courts of Appeals.   Her extensive writing experience includes drafting briefs and pleadings to all levels of Texas courts, including the Texas Supreme Court.
