One of the firm’s founding partners, Dennis has actively represented Texas nonsubscribers since 1989. The firm now provides services to more than two thousand employers who do not subscribe to the Texas worker’s compensation system.

Over the last twenty years, Dennis has successfully defended over 400 nonsubscriber lawsuits, including the successful defense of some of the most difficult claims ever brought against nonsubscribers. Now, Dennis focuses on successfully keeping his clients out of the courtroom.
