Wade McClure is a seasoned trial lawyer with over 40 jury trials behind him. His practice areas include: (1) representing companies (both small and large) in construction disputes, products and breach of warranty claims; (2) representing individuals, trusts and estates in breach of fiduciary duty and investment litigation; (3) business litigation, including contractual disputes, as well as fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and covenants not to compete; and (4) counseling and representation of companies and individuals in connection with corporate governance issues involving the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
