James M. McCoy

James Matthew McCoy specializes in personal injury, nonsubscriber, and business litigation.  Mr. McCoy was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on January 23, 1966.  While at Southern Methodist University, Mr. McCoy was leading Articles Editor of the Southwestern Law Journal and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.

Mr. McCoy’s primary focus involves defending employers in litigation arising from the employer/employee relationship and has been involved in a variety of complex cases for both large and small business clients.
