Alan L. Rucker is engaged in a broad-based civil practice that includes litigation and client counseling. Mr. Rucker has represented multi-national, national, regional, and local companies in a variety of litigation in state and federal courts including personal injury defense, products liability, premises liability, construction matters, business and commercial disputes, deceptive trade practices, fraud, property disputes, and insurance coverage.  Mr. Rucker also provides client counseling in the above areas of law, in risk management and litigation avoidance, in the selection and formation of business entity and other business-related areas.

Mr. Rucker was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma on December 27, 1967.  Mr. Rucker authored portions of the Texas Employment Law Manual published by Gibson, McClure, Wallace & Daniels, L.L.P.
