Name Partner Earns Spot on Texas Super Lawyer Listing

DALLAS – Gibson, McClure, Wallace & Daniels, L.L.P., is pleased to announce that name partner Ruth Ann Daniels once again is featured among the state’s top labor & employment attorneys in the prestigious 2008 Texas Super Lawyers listing.

Texas Super Lawyer selections are based on peer nominations made by more than 70,000 attorneys from across the state, with the final selections made by a panel of lawyers chosen by the Super Lawyers editors.

Fewer than 5 percent of the attorneys in Texas were chosen for this honor. The list appears in the October 2008 issue of Texas Monthly and Texas Super Lawyers, a publication co-produced by the publishers of Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Media, Inc.

This marks the fifth consecutive year for Ms. Daniels to earn a spot among the state’s top lawyers. Fellow name partner Wade L. McClure also is a five-time recipient of the Texas Super Lawyers honor.

Ms. Daniels has more than 20 years experience as a trial lawyer, focusing her practice on management-side employment litigation. Her experience includes defending management in sexual harassment; age, racial and sex discrimination; wrongful termination matters and in claims involving alleged violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act.
