Two From Gibson McClure Wallace & Daniels Recognized Among Texas' Best Lawyers

DALLAS – The Dallas-based law firm of Gibson, McClure, Wallace & Daniels, L.L.P., is pleased to announce that name partners Wade L. McClure and Ruth Ann Daniels have earned spots on the 2009 Texas Super Lawyers listing.

Mr. McClure is highlighted among the state’s top business litigators, and Ms. Daniels is featured among Texas’ leading labor & employment attorneys. This marks the sixth year that both attorneys have earned the Texas Super Lawyers honor.

To compile the annual listing, Texas Super Lawyers editors gather nominations from more than 70,000 attorneys from across the state. A panel of lawyers chosen by the editors assists with final selections, and fewer than 5 percent of the attorneys in Texas are honored each year.

Ms. Daniels has more than 20 years experience as a trial lawyer, focusing her practice on management-side employment litigation. Her experience includes defending management in sexual harassment claims; age, race and sex discrimination allegations; wrongful termination matters; and cases involving alleged violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act.
