Arbitration Victory for Wallace and Baum in Defense of Monitronics

The firm is pleased to congratulate Jay Wallace and Michael Baum on their successful defense of Monitronics International, the third largest security firm in the country, in an alleged sexual harassment case.  The suit, brought by a former female employee, was submitted to binding arbitration.  The Arbitrator ruled in favor of Monitronics on all claims and awarded the Plaintiff zero damages.
