Wallace and Baum Successfully Defend Target Corp. At Trial

Congratulations to Jay Wallace and Michael Baum for their recent trial victory in federal court in Houston.  Jay and Michael defended Target Corporation in a nonsubscriber negligence case where the Plaintiff employee alleged Target had improperly trained and supervised him in the use of a baler compactor.  Following a three day trial, the jury unanimously found no negligence on the part of Target and awarded zero damages.
